Strawberry rose milk shake combines the fresh sweetness of strawberries with the delicate floral character of rose syrup.
Milk and vanilla ice cream create a creamy base, while fresh strawberries add natural fruit flavor and a soft pink color.
This simple blended drink is easy to prepare and works well as a refreshing dessert beverage.

Ingredients

- 200 ml fresh milk
- 5 fresh strawberries, hulled
- 2 tablespoons rose syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup ice cubes
- Food-grade dried rose petals, for optional garnish

How to Make Strawberry Rose Milk Shake

Step 1: Prepare the strawberries
Wash and hull the strawberries. For a colder, thicker shake, chill them before blending.
Step 2: Blend the fruit and milk
Add the strawberries and milk to a blender. Blend until the strawberries are finely incorporated.
Step 3: Add the remaining ingredients
Add the rose syrup, vanilla ice cream, and ice cubes.
Step 4: Blend until smooth
Blend for about 30–45 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stop once the ingredients are fully combined.
Step 5: Serve
Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a small amount of food-grade dried rose petals, if desired. Serve immediately.

Tips for the Best Flavor

Balance the rose flavor.
Start with 1 tablespoon of rose syrup and add more if you prefer a stronger floral taste. Too much can overpower the strawberries.
Use ripe strawberries.
Fully ripe strawberries provide better natural sweetness and a more pronounced fruit flavor.
Keep the ingredients cold.
Chilled strawberries, cold milk, firm ice cream, and ice help maintain a thick consistency.
Choose the right milk.
Regular milk creates a classic creamy texture. Oat milk can also be used for a dairy-free variation.
Avoid over-blending.
Blend only until smooth. Prolonged blending can warm the mixture and make it thinner.
Use culinary rose petals only.
If you garnish the drink, use dried rose petals specifically labeled food-grade and suitable for culinary use.
